Location was great, super convenient with plenty of nearby food options like Chipotle and Chick-fil-A. Service was excellent as well, front desk staff were kind and helped me when I dropped some groceries. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though I did notice some noise from the elevator and a small crack in the door that made it less soundproof. Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Always a super experience here. The staff, room quality, cleanliness, parking, location, services, consistency, and amenities — truly excellent each time. Very kind, polite, knowledgeable crew is so helpful. It feels fresh + new. Especially nice bedding, carpet, furniture, and bathroom. A high-end feel. Thank you for our many lovely stays here for our whole family !

I have been staying here for the last couple of years. When I visit Wake Forest. I gave it a four-star but three stars on rooms in service to just note that I like it. Nothing too crazy. Nothing too bad. Over the course of staying here though I can't say that I have seen the changes in this hotel. Not so much negative but just an inconsistent downward slope. I've seen some staff changes and the results mirrored by those changes could explain a lot. I've stayed here twice in the last 3 weeks during the month of February. I've experienced lack of room turnover. Hallways smell. Although it's nothing they can do about the tenants that stay but more and more smokers and inconsiderate parents with kids. We've had issues with the TV signal, that we didn't report by the way, but nonetheless something else we had to bother with. The staff doesn't seem too helpful. The general managers seems to look at more of what was your mistake rather than what they didn't do. The front desk staff has always been joyful. A warm greeting when you come in and a goodbye when you leave has always been there. One young lady during the day, her spirit and energy is very positive + one of the evening ladies at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is decent. I love the waffles. I love the presentation. Good variety. But cleanliness could use a little attention Safety was asked of me once before and I would say it gives a little concern. Every now and then doesn't seem like many things, but the side doors are locked during the day and anyone can go up the elevator or stairwell. Other than that I will definitely probably stay here, but I'm going to give it some thought first and compare my options.

The room was super clean and reception area is beautifully decorated and well kept. The day time front desk personnel was professional. I had a tiny issue with the night staff, but the day staff was quick to fix it. I highly recommend this place.

This is usually my go-to hotel when visiting N. Raleigh. It's much less expensive than other locations in the heart of RTP or Raleigh. It's quiet, convenient to restaurants and for chain store shopping. The breakfast is standard Fairfield fare: You won't go hungry but you may want to go to the Bojangles a couple blocks away. AC and USB ports on nightstand and work table. A light over the coffee and mini fridge area gives enough light to find the bathroom toilet in the night, but not too much to be annoying. Lots of chain hotels miss this tiny but important convenience. Pretty reasonable, predictable, and consistent overall. On my most recent stay however, I found a large roach upside down and wiggling in the bathroom in the morning. There was also mildew on the tub shower curtain. I mentioned both to the front desk when I checked out.

I've had to stay at a lot of hotels in Wake County, mostly by Cary or by the airport. THIS has been the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at in all of Wake County. The rooms are clean. The bathroom isn't a closet. The beds are very plush which works well for me. My favorite part was how hospitable the staff was. Oddly, it's not a common trait amongst hotel staff these days, but this Fairfield has got their customer service ON POINT. Not only was check in amazing, but my husband had left behind some expensive Bose headphones that he uses for work. They did not hesitate to call and let us know that he'd forgotten it, and we were able to go back to collect them. Kindness, honesty, cleanliness, and comfort. TIP YOUR STAFF.

After staying at 4 different Marriott's over 6 days and hitting a big storm here on the east coast it was refreshing to be greeted by Catlyn as soon as I walked into the hotel. She was super friendly and accommodating and made sure that everything is good. The hotel is lucky to have someone willing and friendly at the front desk as the other Marriott's I stayed at we not friendly at hotel and quite disappointing. The rooms and hotel is better than I expected at Fairfield as it was my first experience staying at one. Thank you!
